    Stopped in for some much-needed girls’ time, and wow — what a find! From the moment we stepped in, the speakeasy vibe totally transported us. Hidden doors, moody lighting, and that perfect balance of class and mystery — it felt like we’d stumbled into the coolest secret in town. The ambience and aesthetics were absolutely on point — every corner was Instagram-worthy without trying too hard. Now, let’s talk drinks — because, oh my goodness, they were ah-mazing! Creative, bold, and dangerously easy to keep ordering (which we definitely did… lost count somewhere after round three ). Each cocktail came out looking like a work of art and tasted even better. The bartenders clearly know what they’re doing — total mixology magic. The tapas were the perfect complement — flavorful, well-portioned, and a great variety to nibble between all those sips. We tried a little bit of everything and loved every bite. Overall, this spot nailed it: chic, fun, and effortlessly cool. Perfect for catching up, laughing way too loud, or snuggling with your date. Highly recommend for a girls’ night, date, a date night or just because you deserve a good cocktail!

    We saw Callisto mentioned on social media and knew that we needed to try it out. We were able to easily schedule a time online and our wait in the "gallery" was maybe ~10 minutes. The gallery is much smaller than I anticipated, which makes it much more suspicious than I would have expected. But the whole process was pretty fun. The drinks were really good, and the service was fantastic. We did get some appetizers to snack on while we sat with our drinks. The food was all excellent. There was a lot of detail put into the atmosphere here. From the decorations, to the music, and the utensils, it was all very details and fit perfectly. We had a great time and will be recommending it to others!

    Cocktails and drinks have been consistently great each time! If you love tiki cocktails, you should definitely visit. Zombie is amazing. The popcorn and cauliflower are delicious. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Atmosphere is fantastic. Love Calliato and will keep going back!

    Callisto is such a cool spot. Not only because it's a secret speakeasy in Bentonville but also for how well curated the ambiance and service is. If you're looking for a chill but upscale bar for a date night or hang with your crew Callisto is the spot.

    Me and my fiancé saw this place online and thought it was really cool. The art is amazing and I believe since the popularity online they have probably had a boost in business. The drinks are amazing and presentation is beautiful! Diego was our server and he did very well explaining everything to us. We brought my mom out because she was also interested and she loved the steak

    Everything about this bar is and was perfect. From the execution, to the decorations, the organization of the bar, the service and drinks. I hope this place stays open and has success for many years. Every single drink tastes amazing with a beautiful presentation!! There was not one drink that was disliked by our group. The service is amazing, the bottles behind the bartenders on the shelves are even organized perfectly. Everything is so clean and in its place, the decorations are beautiful. All of the staff is so respectful, professional, inviting, fun and working the entire time. Saw no workers on their phones and all were all contributing to the service. This will 100% a bar that I recommend (have already recommended) and will continue to come back to.

    Highly recommend you reserve a table when you come to town. What a true hidden gem Callisto is! Fantastic service, captivating ambience, phenomenal cocktails (and you get a lot of cocktail too), coupled with a modern vibe and music, what is not to like? We enjoyed our time here so much we had a reserve another table the following night. Their bar menu is varied and diverse (all of it being tiki of course) but there are classic cocktails on here that you can’t find anywhere else. They also make their syrups and they clarify some of their cocktails in-house. Callisto is truly an incredible bar of which I would be a regular if I lived here!

    This is such a cool spot. We absolutely loved the ambience, and the staff is amazing. As soon as we were able to get by that the entrance was really an art gallery, we were solid. the bartender, Denver, was absolutely extraordinary. He is a local And is very engaging if you sit at the bar. The entire staff, the food and the drinks are awesome. Highly recommend.
